I have business in Sakurashinmachi from 10am, so I'll have breakfast before then. There are Sukiya, McDonald's, Doutor, and Tully's, but I was drawn to Matsuya, which is running a 100 yen discount on medium-sized bottles of beer until 10am on October 31st https://www.matsuyafoods.co.jp/matsuya/whatsnew/campaign/50678.html lol I touched 100 yen off a bottle of beer for 390 yen on the touch panel ticket machine, moved to the breakfast menu, selected the double choice of egg on rice for 290 yen on the second page, selected Small dish beef dish, selected a soft-boiled egg and regular rice on the next page, touched the payment button, and held up the PayPay QR code to pay. My number was called and I went to collect it, but the tray wasn't designed to hold the bottle of beer, so I carried it carefully to my seat without knocking it over. The bottled beer and the glass are perfectly chilled♪ Using the miso soup lid as a small plate, I serve the pickled ginger on it. I sprinkle shichimi pepper on the beef dish and pour the beer into the glass. A sinful morning beer♪ Ah, it's so delicious since the sun is so strong right from the morning♪ I sip the beer with the pickled ginger and beef dish for a while. I put about 1/3 of the beef dish, saving it for later, over white rice with the soup, top with a soft-boiled egg and pickled ginger, then pour shichimi pepper and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce over it. The yakiniku sauce acts as a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) base. I shovel down Gyudon (Beef bowl) to the return counter, the design doesn't allow me to place the bottled beer there, so I hand it to the staff member separately and say thank you for the meal.
