こちらのお店までは車で訪問
ちょうどお店の目の前にコインパーキングがあり
そこに停めて買いに行きました
店内は広々としていて、
美味しそうな惣菜パンがずら〜っと並んでおり
見ただけで、わくわくしました
あれこれ目移りしながらも購入したのは
ベーコンエッグ
クロワッサン生地にベーコンとゴーダ・チェダーチーズ
とマヨネーズを絞り、卵を落とし込んで焼きあげられた

大好きなクロワッサン生地で
サイコーに美味しかったです♪
カレーパン
ソフトフランス生地にスパイシーな
カレーソースを包み、
米粉の生地をトッピングして焼き上げられた

店名の由来は※サイトより抜粋

店名はイタリアBRA村（ストリートビューはこちら）で1923年に創業したパン屋 GianFranco Fagnola（ジャンフランコ ファニョーラ）氏の名前に由来しています。
当店では、Gian Franco氏が代々90年以上受け継いできた天然酵母を譲り受け、 イーストのみでは醸し出せない、小麦粉本来の旨みを引き出したパンを焼いております。
Gian Franco氏オリジナルのパンはもちろん、 日本の風土にあったパンも開発し、 Gian Franco氏の監修の元ご提供させていただきます。
