シャンティアラフレーズ
王道でシンプルなのですが、抜群に美味しい！
スポンジはしっとりふわふわ、クリームはコクがあるけれど甘さ控えめ。シュワっと溶けるような、とても軽やかなショートケーキです。
モンブラン
マロンペースト、生クリーム、メレンゲというシンプルな構成です。
マロンペーストは栗感しっかり、たっぷりな生クリームとのバランスも良くて理想的なモンブラン。
パイナップルのタルト
とってもジューシーなパイナップルとカスタードクリーム、香ばしいタルトのバランスも良くて爽やかな一品。
