駒沢大学駅のすぐ近く。オッシャレ〜な外観、店内のアッズーリな青の基調がカッコイイ。青のタイルの貼られた迫力ある大きな窯が見えますね♡
ポップで陽気な雰囲気はピッツェリアらしい♪
頂いたのは、ドンサルヴォ(2400円)。
このピッツァはヒトデのような見た目が映えるのはもちろんですが、2種のチーズが使われているのでその違いが特に面白かった！
モッツァレラは弾力があり噛むと旨味が引き出されますがリコッタはスーッと口の中で広がるのが早い。
モッツァレラはチーズの風味が主張するけど、リコッタはあっさりしていてコクが控えめだけどミルクの風味が強い。
モッツァレラでは届かない口の中の味覚に溶け易いリコッタが行き渡るので2つのチーズが口の中で協力しあって美味しいを作ってくれているような気がしましたd(-_^)good!!
コルニチョーネ(耳)は表面ザクッと中はふんわり柔らかくモチモチ♡小麦の風味がしっかりしていて噛み締めた時に酔えるほど美味しい♡
生地の裏に塩味がハッキリこれがアクセントに♪
サラミを噛むとじわじわ辛い。
トマトソースは酸味がしっかりしたタイプ。
見た目は変わってますが味はまさにナポリピッツァ❣️
お値段高めなので一概に比較出来ませんがすげ〜美味かったな♡
定番のマルゲリータ等も食べてみたい。ご馳走さまでした＾＾
