土曜日。予約していなかったので、
オープン前の11:15から店前で待機。
店員さんに予約なしでも大丈夫か聞いたところ、ギリギリセーフ！！予約は必須ですね！！
お店の内装がとても可愛くて、行ったことないけど地中海の地域の雰囲気！！知らんけど！
お皿もひとつひとつがカラフルでかわいい！

今回の目的は何と言っても、星型のピザ「ドンサルヴォ」！！
星型のピザを食べるは都立大学にある『SOLO NOI sul nuje』以来の2店目！
『SOLO NOI sul nuje』の星型ピザ・「ドンペッペ」を食べたときに、「そういえば、どこかの有名店にも星型ピザがあったなぁ…」とずっと気になっていた！
生地がモチモチ！トマトとチーズの旨みがモチモチ生地と相まって、まろやかな味わいになりとても美味しい！！ぷっくり膨らんだ耳にも、リコッタチーズとサラミが！！
最後まで具たっぷりなんだよな〜！！
やっぱこれだね〜
『SOLO NOI sul nuje』の「ドンペッペ」も同様に耳の中に具が入ってたな〜
これは塩分過多ですわ〜
食べてる途中で顔ムクムクでした笑笑
いつもピザを食べに行く時は、マルゲリータとクアトロフォルマッジを注文するのが定番なので、今回もトマトベースとチーズベースで合わせることに。
「Esplosione di formaggi」、日本語で「チーズ爆発」ヤバいピザってことがよくわかる笑
こちらも生地がモチモチでチーズとの相性が良くとても美味しかった。
食べ終わった後、塩分で顔がパンパンに浮腫んで頭が
ボッーとしたけど、コンビニでスムージーを買い、カリウムで回復しました。
