用賀駅から徒歩3分程度のところにある、用賀もつ肉さん。
毎日賑わっているので、何度目かの訪問で初めて入店できました。
席は立ち飲みオンリーで、店員さんを囲むようなカウンターと、壁際のカウンターがあります。
20時頃の来店で、すでに人気串は売り切れのものも。
まずは最強レモンサワーと最強オレンジサワーで乾杯。
どちらも果実半個分もしくはそれ以上入っていて、中だけおかわりできます。
オレンジサワーはなかなか飲めるお店がないですが、爽やかな甘さでおいしかった。
目の前で串の仕込みをされてるので、それ見ていくつか選定。
