見た目、大衆居酒屋という雰囲気で、普通の居酒屋レベルの味だと思って入ったのですが、寿司、焼鳥に限らず、一品物も頼むものすべておいしかったです。
ビールの泡もめちゃなめらかで、どのメニューもこだわりが感じられ、ちょっと一味ひねった料理もあります。カニ味噌のバーニャカウダとかカニクリームコロッケもおいしかったです。
飲むのが好きな方がメニューを決めてるんだろうなという感じ。
難点を言うなら、店員がバイト感すごくて一人ひとりはいい人なのですが、入店時にいらっしゃいませを言う文化がないらしくガン無視されてずっと待たされました。「いらっしゃいませ、何名様ですか？」くらいは声かけてほしい。レジ係が手一杯で入店者に対応できないならだれかフォローに入るとか。
最初の一杯めだけ店員さんがオーダーを取り、あとはスマホ注文というシステムで、それ自体はマイペースで頼めるので快適でした。
味は美味しいけど、課題は店員やトイレ掃除などのサービス面ですかね。
