何故か職場では最近、こちらのお店がよく話題にあがります。自身の都合から晩ゴハンを外食することになった今日、話題の真相を確かめるべく、19時少し前に暖簾を潜りました。
■『鮎ゴトラーメン』-1,100円-
トッピングされているのは一匹まるごと背開きされた鮎。インパクトあるビジュアルがまず目を引きます。鮎出汁と銘打ったスープは、鮎の他に鶏や香味野菜を用いているとのことで、複雑ながらも繊細な旨みと優しい塩気が特徴。その見た目と異なり、落ち着いた味わいですね。
極細の縮れ麺もその繊細さを際立たせることに一役買っていましたが、細く刻まれたネギや海苔、香ばしい鮎といったトッピングの風味をしっかり感じられることも含め、一杯の総合力がとても高いラーメンであると思いました。
一言で表すと「あっさり」した味ですが、他店では味わえない個性が確率されており、また食べたいと心から思える美味しさでした。またお伺いしますね、ごちそうさまでした。
