鮎で…ラーメンって…どういうこと？？？と思っていた…
鮎涼ラーメン
ランチはこれがデフォルトらしい
鮎、まるまる一匹ー‼️
一夜干しらしい
鮎の煮凝りにつけて食べるのですが
ちょい固めなので
特製鮎出汁で割ってからつけダレにした方が食べやすいかも
ラーメンだけでもお腹いっぱいなのに
ご飯までついてるから

鮎とラーメンってこんなに合うんだっていう
素晴らしいラーメンでした♡
というか、鮎食べると日本酒欲しくなる
