目当てのラーメン店が臨休の為、二子玉川へ。
丁度、二子玉川での用事も一緒に済ませれる為、一石二鳥です。
折角なら気になってたラーメン屋に行ける機会でしたので、いざコチラへ初訪問です。
『鮎ラーメン 二子玉川本店。』
お昼過ぎの到着でしたが、外並び4人目に接続。先着６名分迄は用意されたアルミ椅子にてまでます。
特に内側は、大きな暖簾が良い日差しになりこの炎天下ですので助かります。
セルフサービスで外待ちの方にドリンクポットがある為、サービスとして提供してくれてるのでしょうか？？
店内は７席の横並びのカウンターのみ。
入店の際に、スタッフの方がお茶と一緒にカウンターへ案内されます。
夏の時期のランチタイムは、コチラの１種類のみの提供。
折角来れたので大盛で。
周りは特盛でオーダーしている方が多かったです。

待ってる間も鮎を焼き炙るような香ばしい匂いが、食欲そそります。
丁寧に鮎をひっくり返しては焼きの繰り返し。
しばらく待ってのご提供。
ビジュアルがビックリです。
メインの鮎がしっかり目立ちますが、それよりも内容が豪華。
土瓶もあり、煮凝りもあり、もはや、櫃まぶしの様なビジュアル。
麺を、煮凝りに付けて食べるという初めての食べ方。
まずは、麺を１口啜るも特に突出した感じはしません。
しかし、煮凝りに付けて食べる事で、爽やかな風味で出会った事ない組み合わせで食せます。
ご飯も、鮎のフレークも入り充分美味しいですが、途中土瓶にある出汁と煮凝りを投入して、出汁茶漬けへ味変。
最後まで、美味しく食べれた１品でした。
訪問するタイミングが難しいお店ですが、暑い時期にもう１度再訪したいお店でした。
