鮎ゴトラーメン＋味付卵

夜の開店時間に間に合うように行こうと思ってたけど、寄り道してたら30分ほど過ぎてからの到着に。運良く並びなし、一つだけ空いてた席へ。
鮎のサイズによって値段が変化。4分の1、ハーフ、丸ゴト。私は丸ゴトサイズに味付卵で。
あっさりしたスープは鮎、鶏ガラ、香味野菜からとられた鮎出汁。塩味もほどよくいくらでも飲めるすっきりさ。
麺は少し表面がザラッとした感じの細麺。若干もそっとした食感で、私的にはいまいち。
メインの鮎は骨が取られているので丸ゴト食べられる。開かれた状態で焼いてるらしく身の面もほんのり焼き色が付いてて、とても香ばしい。スープに浸して食べると塩味を吸って、これもまた良い。
一つの食材をメインにしているラーメンはトッピングもその食材でいいのにと常々思っている派なので(チャーシューもいいけどね……)、鮎出汁に鮎トッピングはこれよ！これ！と私が思っていた形。すべてが私の好みとはいかなかったけど、スープと鮎はとても美味しかった。また鮎が食べたくなったらこちらへうかがいます。
