ゴールデンウィーク前に生姜ランチを求めに鮎ラーメンに行ったが、なんとまさかの終了。ただ、冷やしも大好物なので新店舗に案内され、迷わず大盛りを注文。
冷たい煮凝りの鮎スープは、なんとも言えない美味しさ。赤蕪の漬け物もたまらなく美味しく、さっぱりとしたアクセントが絶妙だ。最後は、鮎ご飯にスープをかけて完食。鮎の風味が広がる一杯で、大満足。
冷やしつけ麺を楽しみたいなら、鮎ラーメン(涼)は絶対に外せない。特別な一杯を、ぜひ堪能してほしい。
