二子玉エリア、東急線の駅から徒歩５分くらいのところにあるラーメン屋さん。
知人からこちらの鮎が入ったラーメンが美味しいと聞いたので、晩ご飯でお邪魔してみました。
カウンター席が７席くらいのこじんまりとした感じの店内。
私は待つことなく席に座れましたが、その後すぐに満席になったので、後から来た方は外にある待合席で待っていました。
ラーメンのメニューは鮎ラーメンしかなく、入る鮎の大きさによって種類が分かれています。
今回は鮎がまるごと１匹入った「鮎ゴトラーメン（1,200円）」とサイドメニューの「鮎焼きおにぎり（200円）」を注文。
６分程で出来上がり。
写真のとおり、ラーメンの中に焼かれた鮎がまるごと入っているので、迫力があるビジュアルです。
スープは塩味ですが、函館の塩ラーメンと同じように旨味が強く出ているので、物足りなさは感じられません。
麺はやや柔らかめの細麺で、私の好みのタイプではありませんが、スープとよく合っていて美味しいと思います。
鮎は骨が取ってあるので、そのまま全部食べることができますが、食感はとても柔らかく、香ばしさも感じられて美味しかったです。
鮎をスープに浸けることで、スープに香ばしさが移り味変が楽しめるほか、残ったスープに鮎焼きおにぎりを投入することで、雑炊のようにして食べることもできました。
鮎の料金は安くはありませんが、インパクトのあるラーメンなので、食べたことがない方には良いと思います。
