焼肉屋さんは色々あるけれどトラジさんにはまだ
入ったことがないと知った母と共にトラジさんへ入店。
外から中の様子が伺えなかったので恐る恐る、、
天気が良くなかったのが悔やまれますがそれでも
窓ガラスの景色は抜け感があり黒で統一された
店内からは高級感を感じ取れます。
着席後は温かいお茶も冷たいコーン茶も頂けました。
早速悩みながらも定食とタン塩、はらみ切り落とし、エリンギやネギ、はらみロース、和牛ロース、卵スープ、辛み豆腐、サンチュ、キムチ盛り合わせを注文。
1番好みだったのははらみロース。肉厚でも柔らかく
ボリュームがあって止まりません。ネギやエリンギ
と食べるとさっぱりします。タンやロースは
トラジのネギバカ白と一緒に。シャキッと美味！
キムチはカクテキがお気に入り！サンチュでキムチを巻くのも個人的には好きな食べ方。間に挟む卵スープは
優しいお味で口直しに。豆腐は辛味だけかと思えば
豆腐だけで無くそぼろ肉と韓国海苔が添えてあり
一個でかなり満足できました。もう一度食べたくて
はらみロースをわたしはおかわり笑笑。
定食の母は豚トロが気に入った模様。脂濃くなく美味しかったそうです。韓国で言うチャプチェのような、すき焼きのような一品も定食についていた模様。甘めの味付けで牛肉と蓮根がおいしかったそうです。
最後はミルク味のアイスキャンデーと温かなコーン茶で
締め。なんとこちらのアイスは当たり棒があるようですが今回はハズレでした笑笑。
お肉も美味しく枚数も一皿で沢山食べることができました。お肉を沢山食べたい時はトラジさんがいいのでは？
