日曜日の18時過ぎ、夕食で久し振りに訪問しました。
恵亭は「とんかつ和幸」から「とんかつと和食の融合」をコンセプトに派生したブランドです。
店内で挽いた生パン粉と100%植物性油で揚げた国産銘柄豚のとんかつをいただける店舗です。
■ひれかつ鍋膳（2480円税込）
和風だしの効いた汁と半熟玉子に玉ねぎ、ひれかつのサクッとしたの衣に出汁が染み込んで白米にベストマッチの組み合わせのメニューでした。
熱々で柔らかな風味良い豚ヒレも、とんかつ和幸の美味しさをそのままに美味しくいただきました。
ご飯や千切りキャベツ、漬物が付いて、お椀は豚汁とシジミ汁が選択できます。
ご飯と千切りキャベツはおかわり無料でした。
