古民家の大広間に通されたような内装や家具。
ホントに落ち着くお店。
店員さんも朗らかで
オペレーションも快適。
いつも頼んでいる「そば御膳」は
先付、天ぷら蕎麦、野菜のすり流しと
メインのお重には季節のお料理が並んでいる。
野菜をメインにした創作和食に
毎度唸らせられる。
素材の風味を活かしたまま
和食のレシピをふりかけるさじ加減が絶妙で
高級料亭の料理のような着地がお見事。
デザートに揚げ饅頭までついて
4,300円。
コスパ凄すぎ。
でも、ここのオススメは
サーロインステーキとヒレステーキ。
ちょっと値ははるけど激美味なので
余裕があれば是非！

卯月も素晴らしかった。
ベーシックな和食のツボをおさえていて
ところどころにフュージョン料理をアクセントに
上品な攻めを盛り込んであるのが憎い。
蕎麦も天ぷらもシッカリ。
和食に一家言あるグルマン、
