【スタミナホルモン焼き定食の誘惑～ ＠二子玉川】
土日祝限定でランチ営業を始めました。
「玉川高島屋S・C南館」の真裏にあるビルの地下1階。
『博多もつ鍋 九州創作料理 黄金屋（こがねや）二子玉川店』
カウンター席2名分のスペースを1人で利用。
B'z、浜崎あゆみ、ウルフルズなどの名曲が流れていて～。
タンブラーのお冷がチューハイだったらなぁ・・・、っと思ったりして。
注文してから結構待ちました。
■スタミナホルモン焼き定食 880円 ホルモン炒め・ご飯・汁物・小鉢付き
味濃いめの味噌汁。
わかめと、刻んだきゃべつ、にんじん。
きんぴらごぼう。
ごはん、大盛り無料ですが普通にしました。
硬めぼそぼその炊き加減。
高菜漬け食べ放題。
鉄鍋山盛りのスタミナホルモン焼き。
大きくカットされたきゃべつがたっぷり。
もやし、にら、上から白胡麻ふりかけ。
ジューシーなホルモンがゴロゴロ。
薄切りのバラ肉も入ってましたよ。
ごはんにバウンドさせて。
テーブルセットにある調味料3種。
胡麻、一味唐辛子、柚子胡椒。
最後に粗挽きの唐辛子をふりかけて。
濃口甘めのタレがつゆだく状態。
具材を絡めながらごはんにバウンドさせて。
ハイスピードでごはんを食べ進めさせる濃い味。
気になる「自家製唐揚げ定食」と「とろろ明太子の定食」は今後の宿題に。

カウンター席2名分のスペースを1人でゆったりと利用。
お冷は、サッポロビール用のタンブラーで。
■自家製唐揚げ定食 800円
濃い味の味噌汁。
具は、わかめ、細かく刻んだきゃべつとにんじん。
ごはん、前回より量少なめ。
硬めぼそぼその炊き加減は同じで。
きんぴらごぼう。
大きめの鶏唐揚げが4個。
薄めの衣、サクサク、熱々ジューシー。
やわらかいモモ肉、下味濃いめでごはんが進む。
濃いめのタルタルソースが付いていたけど、
味に覚えがある既製品っぽくて残念・・・。
鶏唐揚げの揚げ加減は絶妙！！
あっさりした高菜漬けは食べ放題。
