お店に入って最初に目が止まったのは沢山の体育会の色紙。日本体育大学、駒沢大学など。
店内を見回すと体育会系の若者に混じって がっしりした体格の年配のお客さんがいて女将さんと言葉を交わしている。どこかのチームの監督かな？ などと考えていたらメンコロ定食が出ました。
まずメンチカツがでかい。そして厚みもある。食べてみると味もいい。派手な演出はないけど本物です。コロッケの方は普通のサイズだけど ちゃんとしたミートコロッケでした。そして刻んだキャベツが山盛り。やっぱり体育会系だ。
学生時代に体育会に入ってたことがあるので、何だか懐かしい気分でした。
メンコロ定食は 970円。いいお店ですね。
