オールフリーに、鰻尽(特)を頂きました。醤油と粉山椒のテーブルセット。
鰻ざく。垂焼四切、胡瓜千切、針海苔、白胡麻、優しい酢。
肝焼。一串。甘く、醤油が強い。ホックリ、良香。
白焼。一串。確りした身。山葵醤油。
声掛で、特鰻重。肝吸(肝、巻麩、若布、九条細小口)、小サラダ(レタス、胡瓜、人参、三杯酢)、香物(胡瓜と大根の糠漬)付。
台湾産鰻を、背開、竹串打、素焼、蒸。注文が入ると備長炭焼。二串。確りした身。香ばしい、軽く照、焦げてない。甘く、醤油の香る、サラッとした垂。コシヒカリ米。
焙茶。
満足、満腹です。
