Sometimes it's nice to cook and eat it yourself.

I've eaten at Dotonbori 10 times, but this seems like my first review. I usually eat here on my birthday as a set with Fujiya next door, and then buy a cake at Fujiya and eat it. My second son and Ishi-chan's children have the same birthday, and we once had dinner sitting next to each other at Fujiya (lol). Ishi-chan was so big. I parked the car in the parking lot and entered the restaurant. I was asked if I wanted a table seat or a tatami room, and I asked for a table seat. Order Mega pork balls 1200 yen Mega cheese balls 1200 yen Drink bar 4 Mega pork balls are difficult to stir. Most of the mixture is overflowing the bowl, so you need to mix it slowly and gently. There's definitely a lot of meat. I usually eat it frozen, so it's much more delicious. The mega cheese balls also have an incredible cheesy taste. When cheese balls are baked, the cheese mixes well with the dough, making it easy to flip them over. Of course it tastes delicious. It's not enough, so I'll think about adding more. Mixed Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) 890 yen I had my eldest son make all of this. It's done quite well. I'm sure she'll be satisfied with this (lol) Thank you for the meal.

この日は奥さんの誕生日
定番の『道とん堀』からの『不二家』の予定で
遅めの入店です。
通常のお好み焼きはうまく作れてよかったのだが、
広島焼きに関してはめちゃくちゃ失敗しました。
なんとなく鉄板の右と左の出来具合が
違うのは認識していたんですが、
私きっちり時間になったらひっくり返したりする方で、
薄く生地を伸ばしてその上に野菜を乗せて5分だったか待って
ひっくり返そうとするが野菜が全然まとまらない等々
もう散々な出来でした。 もう半分は私のせいですが、
半分は鉄板の熱さが足りなかったせいだと私だけ思っている。
最終的に見た目はNGな状態出来ましたが、
味はおいしかったです。
あ～久しぶりにやっちまった感じでした。
ご馳走様でした。
