玉川高島屋の裏に、昭和の雰囲気が漂う「二子玉川商店街」があるのですが、
この「二子玉川商店街」にこれも昭和的な「西河製菓店」があります。
ショーケースには、安くて美味しそうな和菓子や太巻き、にぎりが置かれています。
店内に、笑福亭鶴瓶の色紙があるのでお店の方に伺ったところ、
以前、笑福亭鶴瓶に似ている母親が笑っていいともに出演し、笑福亭鶴瓶に会ったときにもらった色紙だそうです。
