別の店に向かう途中にたまたま見かけたこちらの店舗。
開店前に通りがかったのだが、店前にあった看板の『タンメン+あさりチャーハン ¥880 』に目を奪われ急遽予定変更。
11:45開店との事だが、11:30には入店可能に。
その時点で先客5名。
着席と同時に来客多数で10分ほどで満席となる。
オーダーは初志貫徹。
待つ事7〜8分で到着となる。
タンメンは王道の塩味ベースに具材多めな野菜炒めが乗り、柔目な中細麺がマッチした普通で普遍的に美味しい一品。
あさりチャーハンは殻付きのあさり三つが乗せられ、ベースのレタスチャーハンは生姜が効いている。
このチャーハンが美味い。
なかなか食べたことのない味だが非常に美味いのだ。
ボリュームも多めの日替は美味い上にリーズナブル。
店内の厨房と配膳の女性とのやり取りも活気があり、いい意味での老舗の雰囲気が味わえる。
会計を済ませて外に出ると、寒い中6名の待ち客がいる。
さもありなん。
こんなに良い店舗が近場にあるならば毎日でも通うだろう。
末長く続いてほしい良店である。
