二子玉川、柳小路にある焼き肉、もつ鍋のお店。
アラカルトメニューを見るとメニュー数をかなり絞っているようでした。
その方が鮮度も維持しやすいし、良いかもしれませんね。
今回はランチセットの「ねぎたん2種盛りランチ180g」1,600円を注文。
まずはサラダと小鉢が来ました。
サラダの少し甘めのドレッシング。
小鉢はナムルとキムチでした。
そしてお肉が登場。
ねぎたんはネギたっぷり、心地よい噛み応えの塩が効いたご飯の進む味付け。
まかないカルビは薄切りですが味付けが絶妙。
塩辛すぎずちょうどよい味。
最後はバニラアイスが付いてきました。
量は大満足。味も良かったです。
私は予約しましたが、休日でも少し待てば入店できる様子。
ホルモンがウリとのことなので、次はホルモンがたっぷり食べられるものを注文しようと思います。
