田園調布にある「結玉」でランチを食べた。東急駅の横にあるDogwood plaza８Fにある。今日は都心で37℃の猛暑になるとの予報が出るほど暑い日で、その中で土曜ライドとして多摩川を走ってきた。このため、食事の前に抹茶アイス250円を先に出してもらうよう注文した。食事は、サーモン照焼きと梅とろろうどん1100円にした。
抹茶アイスは横に小豆が添えられたもので、渋みがコッテリさを抑えてくれている。
サーモンは、キングサーモンを照焼きにしたもので、色鮮やかな身にマスタードを付けて食べる。京都の店だそうで、選べる京うどんの中から、これもなるべくサッパリしたものにしたかったので、刻んだ梅干しととろろが入った冷やしうどんにした。麺は、讃岐かと思うほどコシのあるもので、最近の流行を取り入れているのは良いことだ。ご飯は白米か黒米を選べたので後者にしたが、炊き方が上手で美味しいものだった。
サイクリングの格好をしたモノが入るにはやや場違いな気がする店であったが、休日なので割と違和感がなかった。（と思うのは自分だけか）
