久しぶりにこちらの店舗に来てあまりにもかみ合わないことが重なったので、メモとして残そうと久しぶりに食べログで検索してみたら、別のメニューについて似たようなことを書いていた。
今回はまず、注文の時に備品はレジ横のをどうぞと言われたので後で席に荷物を置いてからナイフとフォークを取りに行ったら、別の場所に置いてあるのを取るように言われる。次に注文の品について、玉ねぎに火は通っているが焦げている。焦げは取れるのでいいが、次に肉を切ると中が赤すぎるので焼き直しをお願いしたが切り口は良くなったのに中はまだ赤い。お店の方に次は注文の時にウェルダンと伝えて下さいと言われたが、焼き直しでこの状態では意味がないと思うのだが。牛肉100%で大丈夫とはいうものの焼き直しでも赤いままならもともと焼けていなかったのではとも思える。初めての時から20年近く経つが、気になるほどレアのことがなかったのでたまたま作る方との好みが合わなかったのか。

銀行へ行くついでに再訪し、ローズマリーチキンを注文。好きなメニューなのだが、今日は味付けが濃すぎで、更に焼きすぎで苦い。いつものように玉ねぎはよく焼くようにお願いしたが、外側は焦げた感じなのに中は生っぽい。
他店では今まで一度もこのような状態の事はなかったので新店舗ゆえの事だと思うのだが。
今後も利用したい店舗なので、常に平均的なものを提供できる状態になって欲しいもの。

新しいショッピングセンターを見たかったのとしっかりとお昼を食べたかったのでクアアイナに。
12時少し前すでに満席で、店は渋谷や青山と比べると小さい気がした。客層は子供連れで3人以上が多く席が空くときはまとめてといった状況。
セットで小さめサイズのバーガーを選び、飲み物はジャスミンティ。このサイズができてから来店回数が増えた。私にはちょうどいい。
焼いたパテの香ばしい感じと、玉ねぎの焼き加減を変えられること、自分で味付けできるところがこの店の好きなところ。
今回もおいしく頂きました。
