This is a direct-operated store of Suzutomi, a tuna wholesaler that is particular about purchasing wild tuna from Toyosu Market. Suzutomi also purchases fresh fish other than tuna from Toyosu Market. Takeaway Sushi is also available at the store. Lunch hours are from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm every day. |

There is only counter seating inside the restaurant, and they offer rice bowls and nigiri for lunch. They appear to be a tuna wholesaler, so the tuna is the recommendation. It's perfect for a quick meal, and the nigiri made by the veteran chef is of consistent quality, and I personally like the balance of the rice and toppings.
