今までにたくさんのフカヒレを食してきましたが、こんなに塩辛いフカヒレ料理は初めてでした。
妻の御家族との顔合わせの場として利用させていただきました。
戴いたのは¥6,500くらいのコースです。
いちばん安価ではあるが、味は文句無しですね(^-^)
量は男性には ちょっと物足りないくら...
点心類はそこそこですが、なんか味加減は変わっています。
