好きなスープ
よく晴れた日曜日のお昼に酸辣湯麺を頂きたくて伺いました。ここに来る時は酸辣湯麺だけと決めている。パリの中華料理レストランには必ずペキノア(北京風)スープがある。どろっとした酸っぱ辣い具沢山のスープなのだが、わたしはめっぽうこのスープが好きなのだ。もちろん麺は入ってないが、学生時代によくいただいたこのペキノアを彷彿とさせるのがこちらの酸辣湯麺だ。
サンラータン麺がとても美味しかった。

I usually have hot and sour noodles, but this time I changed it up a bit and had noodles with a light chicken and green onion soup and grilled Gyoza / Dumpling with gravy. All of them were elegant and easy to eat, but I felt a little unsatisfied. I've never ordered a shark fin dish, but the hot and sour noodles seem to be good here.
