「鉄人」の表現はだいぶ古いですね。はじめに謝ります。
美味しいお鮨と天婦羅をいただけると、信頼しているレビューアーさんが投稿されていたので以前からブックマークしていた。予約が取れ、18:00からの早い夕飯でお邪魔した。
店内は完全に大人の空間に仕上げられており、カウンターに着座
「寿司と天麩羅懐石コース～輝」を予約しておいたので飲み物を注文してすぐに先付が供される。
【先付け】 雲丹といくらを乗せたジュレ
【お椀】 鱧とじゅんさい椀
【お造り】 のどぐろ、本鮪、天然真鯛
【焼き八寸盛】
・稚鮎の素揚げ ・ういきょうの天婦羅、その他は名称など失念してしまった。
【天麩羅】 ・雲丹の海苔巻き・車海老・ほたて・季節の野菜3点（レンコン、椎茸、小茄子）
寿司と同じように揚げたてを一つづつ持ってきてくれるので、熱々でサクサクの天ぷらを楽しめる。これぞカウンターのだいご味である。塩、山椒塩、カレー粉、大根おろし、レモンと用意されているが、天つゆが若干弱い気がした。
で、途中まで満点の天婦羅だったのに、椎茸とホタテで急に失速。カラッと揚がってなく、ホタテに至っては油がまとわりついて衣がほとんど無かった状態。この二つに関してはその場で言えばよかったのかもしれないが、改善してほしいと願う。
【寿司】 本鮪2種、のどぐろ、車海老、生雲丹といくらを手巻きで、鯵、天然真鯛、厚焼き玉子
赤シャリと白いシャリとで使い分けてあるあたりは素材に対しての拘りを感じられる。
江戸前の仕事も施されて高級感があり、どれも美味しい。好印象である。
【止め椀】 味噌汁
【水菓子】 黒豆のババロワ風と水菓子
お店の雰囲気も申し分ないし、接客も。返すがえす後半の天婦羅がもったいない。
応援したくなるお店でもあるし、再訪しますので是非改善を期待したい。
