通常のランチは2,000円。
夜は一万円のお任せコースですが、
今回は母の誕生日ということで
4000円のランチを特別にお願いし、
対応していただきました。
ぷるっぷるのお豆腐や、鮑の肝ソース、
金目鯛のお刺身をいただく煎り酒、
そしてデザートの白胡麻のブーランジェに至るまで
すべて手作りで細かく丁寧な仕事。
包丁さばき、立ち居振る舞いも、
非常に美しいです。
この日は、お昼から、
日本酒やワインを楽しまれてるお客様ばかり。
ゆっくりまったりカウンターで、
関さんと食べ物談義、飲み物談義したい方に
ぴったりのお店です。
