まずはそのまま丼として、次のお出汁をかけてお茶漬けとして。 |
平日ランチで利用。
14時なる前に入りましたが、人も少なめでした。
ランチセットで、しらす＆いくらと、鮭＆いくらのハーフを注文。
ひつまぶしのように、まずはそのまま、そして薬味をかけて、最後はお茶漬けにという流れです。
お出汁がおいしいです！ごはんに合いました！
薬味もいいアクセントになりました。
他にも種類があるので次回は別のも食べようと思います。
