The menu of the hole in the wall, the birthplace of cod roe spaghetti, has been updated!
We have kept the popular standard menu as it is, but have further refined it, and now we have a wide variety of Japanese-style spaghetti with sea urchin and clams, along with the famous cod roe at Kab |
A hole in the wall of one of my favorite pasta restaurants. Since I'm local, I often visit this store in Tamagawa Takashimaya. It was founded in 1958. He's older than me. This is a restaurant I've been eating at since I was a kid. The name of the restaurant comes from Shakespeare's ``A Midsummer Night's Dream.'' It seems that there is a desire to value interaction with customers. Well, what I ordered today is usually ``cod and bigfin squid,'' but this is what I've been wanting since the other day. I ate "Small shrimp and avocado Genovese". Oh, it's delicious. I was so hungry that I ended up eating a large portion, so I was worried that I would get tired of Genovese halfway through, but that's not the case at all. Avocado goes well with it. It was delicious till the end. Thank you for the meal.
