オープン以来ちょくちょく伺っております。
ランチは先日初めて行きました。
¥2400のコースを注文。こちらのコースは、
・前菜の盛り合わせ
自家製のパテや水牛のモッツァレラのカプレーゼなど。
内容はスタンダードなものですがトマトやモッツァレラ自体が美味しいし
食べられるお花が添えてあったり盛り付けがきれい。
・黒ダイの香草焼きとサラダ
魚の焼いたのにフレッシュトマトのソースがかけてあります。添えてあるサラダの野菜は
契約農家から直接送られてくるものだそうです。
・冷たいカルボナーラ
コースのメイン料理は選べて鴨のメインかこちらのパスタ。
パスタを注文。冷たいカルボナーラは珍しいですね、初めて食べました。
トリュフの香りがよく、とてもおいしかったです。
・デザートとコーヒー
デザートはジェラートと梨でした。
料理は全体的に美味しかったです。
ワイン２杯頼んで３千とちょっとでしたからCPもよいですね。
いっこ言うならメニューがちょっと見づらかったです。
