自宅近くの焼肉屋さん。ここは名前の通り壺で出されるホルモンが名物。夏休み中の日曜日ということもあり、6時の時点で満席とか。空いたら連絡をもらうことにして、自宅待機。結局７時半頃連絡をもらい、出かける。
久しぶりということもあり、ちょっと頼み過ぎたかも。まずは生ビールとタン塩、そしてお店のおすすめ、ミックス壺ホルモン。次に飲み物をマッコリの1リットルボトルに変えて、レバー、ミノ、ハチの巣、シマチョウと続き、最後はハラミとカルビに冷麺で締める。
今回の発見は、冷麺の美味しさ。平壌冷麺と銘打っているだけのことはあり、牛スネ肉の出汁がよく出たスープが美味い。麺もやや太めの半透明で、我が家の一押し、盛岡の食道園にも迫る美味しさ❣️どうやら今までスルーしていたみたい。
場所柄コスパはあまり良くないが、暑い夏の夜に、ひとりで立ち寄り、生ビール、壺ホルモン、そしてこの冷麺で夕食っていうのも、悪くないかも…
