日曜のランチ、洋食な気分。
松陰神社を徘徊中に見つけたシチューのお店 ヒポポタマスさんへ。

開店5分前、すでに5人ほどの並び。これはと思い接続。
程なく回転し、カウンターに通される。
メニューは並びの時に店頭でチェック。シチューのお店という割に、並ぶのはハンバーグ。
見たところビーフシチュー1種類しか見当たらないなあ。
そんな中からデミコロハンバーグをオーダー。ランチはサラダ、ライス、ドリンクのセットです。
まずはアイスコーヒー。持ち帰れる様に？カップ提供。
そしてサラダの提供。葉物メインです。
メインは鉄板で登場。熱々鉄板の上に、ほうれん草、ポテトが敷いてあって
その上にハンバーグとコロッケ。至福のコンビネーション。
まずはハンバーグから。デミグラスソースに潜らせて・・・
牛豚の旨味たっぷりと。肉汁が滲み出たデミグラスをご飯にかけても最高。
次にコロッケ。こちらはサクサクトロトロなクリームコロッケ。
ハフハフ言いながらご飯と一緒に、最高です。
シチューというより洋食屋だけど、リーズナブルなお値段に見える頑張り、いつまでも続いてほしいな〜。
ランチは本当にお得なお値段でオススメ。
