色んな野菜がベースになっているであろうちょっともったりとしたベジポタスープは複雑且つ優しい味でおいしかったです！トッピングのごぼうと赤玉ねぎも良いアクセント。
ただ、麺が明らかに茹で過ぎた全く印象のない細麺で、スープがおいしいだけにかなり惜しい。
つけ麺の麺は美味しそうな太麺だったのでつけ麺にすればよかったかな…というかラーメンもこのスープならつけ麺のようなちぢれ太麺の方が合いそうな気がしてならない。
