西小山の『西洋料理杉山亭』さん。
1977年創業で西小山に根強く馴染む
地元民に愛される町の洋食屋さん。
この日は日曜日のお昼時に伺いましたが
店内は満席でかなり賑わっていました。
ゆっくりとランチを楽しむ方が多いため
回転率はあまり良くなく30分ほどで入店。
今回選んだのは杉山亭名物の
『杉山亭風オムライス』(1,150円)
デミグラスソースがたっぷりとかかった
煌びやかに輝くビジュアルのオムライス。
玉子はしっかりめに火が入っており表面は
ハードで内側は半熟の食感の違いを楽しめます。
チキンライスはリゾットになるくらい
ケチャップの量が多く酸味が強いけど
全体的に上手くまとまっていました。
常連と女性はサービス受けるのかな。
その点が凄く気になったな笑
