【訪問日】2024年1月11日
以前「アド街ック天国」でも紹介されていた西小山の杉山亭さんに初訪問しました。
西小山駅から徒歩1分くらいでホントに駅近です。
外観は小洒落たビストロ風でセンスの良さを感じます。
13時過ぎくらいでしたが、テーブル席は満席でキッチン前のカウンター席に着きました。
◆オムライス 1.150円
メニューには杉山亭風オムライスとあり、ミニサラダ付きとありましたがコンソメのスープも付いていました。
10分ほどで運ばれました。
デミグラスソースが注がれたオムライスは見るからに美味しそう。デミグラスは甘みは薄い大人の渋みがあるタイプですが、ケチャップの濃厚なチキンライスと合わせると抜群の美味しさです。
街場の洋食店とは一味違う風格のようなものまで感じます。ぜひとも他の料理もいただいてみたいです。
