日本一かどうかはさておきちゃんと美味しい
『日本一美味しいミートソース』を謳うパスタ専門店。
武蔵小山駅至近の好立地に店を構えます。
運営元は『（株）イタリアンイノベーションクッチーナ』という企業で、パスタ専門店としては総本店の武蔵小山と大泉学園に。
あとはバーやトラットリアと言った別業態でも色々やられていますね。
他に『TOKYO MEAT 酒場』も当企業が運営しています。
幅広く飲食事業を展開する礎となったのがここ。
今回は『ミートソースと茄子(大盛)1,550円』をチョイス。
本当はミートソースと納豆を頼んでみたかったのですが、ちょっと躊躇いました。次こそは。
ソースをかける前に、茹で上がった麺をたっぷりのチーズと絡めているのが良いですね。なんとも魅力的な絵面。
茄子は勿論ベーコンやその他野菜、かなりどっさりと具材が投入されており、少し高めの価格設定も納得の満足感。
ミートソースパスタなんてだいたい一定の美味しさが担保されているので日本一かどうかは分かりませんが、変に洗練させていない、肉々しくて濃厚な味わいが率直に好きです。
途中から卓上のチーズやハラペーニョソースを掛けてもかなりイケます。
遠慮せずどさっと乗せるのが大事。
次は絶対ミートソースと納豆食べよう。

武蔵小山の人気パスタ屋『とすかーな』
前回の宿題、『ミートソースと納豆1,200円』を頼む為に伺いました。
今回も+150円で大盛を。
190gになるので結構なボリュームになります。
前回は分かりづらかったですが、チーズを絡ませたパスタが艶っぽい。
納豆は混ぜるとほとんど味としての主張は無くて、濃厚なミートソースを更にこってりとさせるような働き。
ミートソース食いたいのにあんまり納豆感出されるのもなんだかなって感じだし、丁度良いのかも。
今回も卓上の粉チーズとハラペーニョソースをたっぷりとぶっ掛けながら。
結局この2体が強いんだよな。
特にミートソースとハラペーニョソースの組み合わせが不思議と良すぎる。
牡蠣のパスタやってる間にもう1回くらい近々行っときたいな。
