説明もしっかり書かれたメニューとなっており、情熱を感じます。
お料理も丁寧で、どれも日本酒に合う素敵なおもてなしです。
接客もぬくもりがあり、お店の雰囲気も温かで、穏やかな時間を過ごせます。
・お決まりの小鉢盛合せでスタートです。こちらがまたアテとして秀逸でした。
・看板メニューの味噌は素晴らしいの一言で、これだけで無限に日本酒をいただけます。チーズとニンニクは甲乙つけ難い好みでした。
・カニの天ぷらやチーズの燻製も良いお味で、小料理屋としの優秀さも伺えます。
・締めの焼きおにぎりも、味噌がたっぷりで、最後まで大満足でした。
