武蔵小山駅パルム側の出口から右手に伸びるアーケードに入り、420号線を越した最初の四つ角を左に入った右手、ワインの瓶が並ぶのがイタリア料理 店らしい お店。
オープンキッチンの脇を入って、テーブル席に案内されました。
回りの黒板には、メニューがいろいろ。
ランチは、2種類から選べるパスタ、ピザ、リゾットの中から一つ、サラダと、ソフトドリンクがついて1000円。
デザートつきが1280円。
ピザセットをデザート無しで お願いしました。
新鮮サラダを味わいながら、待つこと10分程。
ピザには、ベーコンの他、海老がのるのが、少し高級っぽさを添えています。
何だか、懐かしい ビジュアル。
最近、ピザと言えば、手作りの、少し歪んだり、空気の入ってふくらんで焦げたりした物ばかり 頂いていました。
こんなに、キチンと、均一の厚さ、すきのない真円は、久々。
見た目が、イタリア料理の お店のピザとしては、今や 珍しいのです。
味も、懐かしい味。
チーズも、懐かしい味。
つまり、新しい お店が している 工夫は、このピザには、無いのでした。
もう少し、良く焼いてあったら、焦げ目が有ったら、感じが変わったかもしれませんが、焼きは、浅めで、生地の味も、昔風。
昔は、大抵は、冷凍を使いました。
冷凍食品か、チルドの生地に、トッピングだけしたのでしょうか？
少なくとも、手作り感の無いピザは、久しぶりで、昔のデートを思い出していました。
地元の、ゆったりランチなら、これも また 微笑ましくもありました。
次の機会があれば、パスタも試してみましょう。
気持ちの良い接客、まとまった内装。
