薪釜で焼く自慢の薄皮のナポリピッツァが自慢で、オーナーが一枚一枚丁寧に仕上げています。 |
予約必須なほどいつもお客さんでいっぱいのピザ屋さん。百名店にも何度も選ばれていて気になっていました。
中に入ると大きな窯があって焼いている様子が見えます。
ランチメニューは平日限定らしく、土日祝のランチタイムはディナーと同じ金額となるので要注意！
サラミのピザとクワトロを注文しました。
まあまあいいお値段で期待も高まります。
サラミは大きくてトマトソースもべっとり塗ってあるので食べるときに垂れるたれる！！！
デートなどお上品に食べたいシーンでは……
味はとても美味しかったです。
私はクワトロフォルマッジが本命だったのですが、こちらは思っていた味とは何かちょっと違ったかな…というのが本音。
美味しいのですが、個人的に一番！と思ったお店のピザには惜しくも届かずでした。
