本日は快晴。でも寒いっ! しっかり防寒して、妻と武蔵小山までウオーキングです。
最近のパルム商店街は個性がなくなったなぁとボヤきながらウロウロ。でも、マスクが安く買えたのでよしとしましょうか。
アーケードから路地に入ったところにあるお好み焼き屋さんでランチにしました。
神戸のお店で、「ぼっかけ」が名物のようです。ちなみにぼっかけとは「牛すじとこんにゃくをじっくりと甘く煮込んだ神戸長田のソウルフード」とのこと。
ならばと、ぼっかけ焼き(850円)とぼっかけそば飯(900円)を注文しました。
待つことしばし。ぼっかけ焼きは、濃厚なソースと甘ーいぼっかけのコンビ。でも、太めのキャベツがたっぷり入っていて、どんどん食べられます。
一方、ぼっかけ飯は、意外にあっさり。トッピングの半熟玉子焼きを崩しながらいただきます。
今回はアルコールなしでしたが、ビールとツマミで焼き上がるのを待ち、ハイボールでこってりのお好み焼きを食べ、〆にぼっかけそば飯という食べ方が私的にはベストだと思います。
神戸の本場お好み焼きを堪能できる良店です。
