武蔵小山のイタリアンでランチです。「Beef Factory73」の入っているビルの1階にあります。ガラスドアが開け放たれ、開放的なバルのようなお店。
平日12時半前に訪問したら、店内満席。20分ほど待ちました。
パスタランチ 1200円
パスタは、A.海老のトマトクリームと、B.鶏ラグーとほうれん草のぺペロンチーノからAを選択。
ここのランチの特徴はサラダとドリンクのバイキングです。平日は90分、休日は60分制で食べ放題。なので、11時半開店の一回転目は12時45分過ぎまで席が空かないんですね。なるほど。
このご時世でバイキング形式はちょっと憚られますが、マスク着用、消毒液で手を消毒してビニール手袋をしてサラダを盛り付けるルールになっています。
野菜はレタスの他に、トマトやケール、コーンなど12種類と豊富。木製の取り皿は大きめなので、思う存分サラダが食べられます。ドレッシングも5種類あって嬉しい。
フォカッチャとスープも食べ放題。フォカッチャはオーブントースターで焼くことができます。
山盛りサラダをムシャムシャと食べ、かぼちゃのディップが美味しいフォカッチャを食べてると、これだけでランチは十分な感じ。別皿で提供される生ハムも、チャーシューのようで美味しい。残念ながらこれはおかわりできないんですね。
2皿目の大盛りサラダを食べ始めたところで、やっとパスタが来ました。ずいぶんゆっくりです。サラダがたっぷり食べられるようにしてるんだったら大したものだけど。
滑らかなクリームにトマトの酸味が爽やかで、チーズたっぷりのコクがあるソース。麺は太めでもちもちで、なかなかレベルの高いパスタです。美味しい。小ぶりの海老は5匹も入っていて、プリッといい食感なんだけど、しっぽ付きでした。最初取り忘れかと思ったのですが、5匹全部しっぽ付きだったのでこういう芸風なんでしょう。個人的には海老のしっぽは美味しいと思いませんけど、人それぞれですかね。
ドリンクも充実のフリーフロー。3種類ほどのジュースや、お茶、コーヒーなどお好きなだけ。食後はゆっくりとアイスコーヒーをいただきました。
このランチはいいなあ。サラダ、フォカッチャとドリンクが食べ飲み放題で、パスタも美味しいランチが1200円というのはかなりの費用対効果です。
結局1時間ほど滞在しましたが、その間お客さんは回転してずっと満席状態。さすが、みんな良いお店は知ってますね
