Came here as recommended by a friend on a delicious pizza tour. Exciting Italian atmosphere from the exterior to the interior. (I've never been to Italy, so this is just my impression, haha) I went with a reservation at 7pm on a Thursday, and the restaurant was almost full, with lots of nice adults enjoying wine and pizza. Appetizers include tomato caprese, firefly squid, spring vegetables, and marinated sardines. All of them were very delicious, with the sweetness and flavor of the ingredients themselves and just the right seasoning. I especially liked the marinated sardines, which had just the right amount of sourness and sweetness! Our favorite pizzas are the Bismarck style, which has a tomato base topped with mushrooms, Prosciutto, and a soft-boiled egg, and the famous fried pizza. The wheat-scented dough is neither too thin nor too thick, and has a texture that makes it easy to eat, and the dough itself is delicious. Tomato sauce, Prosciutto, and mushrooms are mellowly wrapped in a soft-boiled egg. It was simple but each one was delicious, and I ended up loving Neapolitan pizza after all. I was surprised by the shape of the fried pizza, but by wrapping it in thick dough and steaming the ingredients inside, the meat becomes soft and the sweetness becomes even more appealing. The store clerk will cut it into pieces with large scissors. The dough is thicker than regular pizza and has a lot of flavor. Does it look like pie? It's a lot different than what you imagine pizza to be, but it's still delicious! For dessert, I was looking forward to Gelato. The type of Gelato seems to change depending on the day, and on this day it was banana, chai tea, cherry blossom, kumquat fromage, hojicha Chocolate, and raspberry. We all shared it and had a lot of fun. Personally, I liked the richness of the cherry blossoms and hojicha.
