タワマンのふもとにある人気店。
日曜日予約なしで11：20分頃開店の10分くらい前に到着。
ウェイティングリストに記名すると4番目でしたが、店が開くと予約の人が多くてギリギリ入店できました。
予約無しの人は1時間で入れ替え制だそうです。
店内は割合ぎっちりテーブルがあって、隣の人がすごく近い。
サラダ、ビザ、飲み物のセットは￥1700だったけれど、隣の人が食べているサラダが水菜？かな菜っぱ1種類のみだったので￥1900のカプレーゼ付きに変更→正解でした。
ミニトマトは甘くて、バジルの香りも良く塩加減も絶妙でした。
ピザは連れとマルゲーリタとビアンコとしてブロッコリーと春キャベツのピザを注文。
どちらも生地がモチモチとして美味しいが、塩分控えめな印象。
途中でチリソースをお願いしました。他店では粉末のチリや、チリオイルの事が多いですが、ここはマヨネーズが入っているのかなぁ？少し酸味もあるような塩味のあるソースが小皿で提供されます。お願いしないともらえません。
隣のカップルはお代わりしていました。
そのソースをかけると、塩味があるので初めて味が完成されるような...
