久しぶりの武蔵小山。
この後18時から焼き鳥うのさんの予約が取れているので軽く飲もうと立ち飲み聖地へ。
まずはさっぱり
・梅ワイン200円で乾杯。
独特で甘め。
・マグロの広東風刺身300円
これが絶妙でうまい！ちょっとびっくり。
・若鶏の唐揚げ200円
残念な感じの唐揚げ。
・緑茶割り250円
・焼売6個350円
ちょっと小さめだけどしっかりと蒸籠で蒸して出てくるこだわりに拍手。カラシつけて食べると美味しんだよね。
広東料理名物のしおどり気になったので、次回は4人ぐらいできてまる1羽2500円チャレンジしてみようと思う。
最後のお支払いはPayPayで。
