晩杯屋発祥の武蔵小山。。こんな面白い店が出てくる、文化ある街なので、ちょっと（だいぶ）変わった店が沢山ある。ここ「盛苑」も独特な店だ。。
メニューは全て均一(税別)で、¥150 ¥200 ¥250 ¥300 ¥350 ¥450…何故か¥400はないのだが、目的の「塩味野菜ラーメン」は、¥250 L=¥470という変なメニュー構成である。
立ち飲みで高めのテーブル（178cmの俺にはちょうどぐらい…）の一番下には子供用みたいな椅子が収納されてて、下の荷物置きに食事を置いて、椅子に座って食べてる人もいる。。とても奇妙だ。
さて、その「塩味野菜ラーメン」なのだが、¥250(税別)ってことは¥275(税込)。。
絶対に少ないだろう…との予想通り、小盛りの量。。一般的に売ってるラーメンは、110〜140gなので、60gって感じでした。
味は、『タンメン』で、野菜がしっかり。。
特筆する特徴は無し…。そんな感じです。
立ち飲みで他のメニューも豊富なので、1000ベロ向きなのかな？…
