(Visited on 2022.1.25) This is a new place for lunch. This is it. I had been here once before in 2015 before the renovation, but I don't remember it, so I think this was my first visit. I entered the store after 11:30. There were no customers. It's a ticket machine, but it says that you can use PayPay, so I asked the staff how to do it and they told me to read the QR code and set the price of the item I want to eat, so I set the price of Tonkotsu Ramen @ 720 yen (tax included) from the Tokyo Dododo Tonkotsu line from the many menus, showed the screen of my smartphone and completed the order. Water is on standby next to the ticket machine, so please help yourself. The bowl arrived in about 5 minutes. Two large sheets of seaweed, one thick bamboo shoot, and one piece of roasted pork lightly grilled on a hot plate. It was composed of plenty of green onions. First of all, I tried the soup, and the layer of fat was quite thick, and the thick soup was quite rich. The expression "Dododo Tonkotsu" may not be wrong. Moreover, I liked it because it had a seasoning that was so addictive. It might be best to add lots of pepper. Next is the noodles. They are not thin and straight like Hakata Ramen, but rather medium-thick and straight, which is a little odd, but the soup is rich and the noodles are well-mixed with the soup. The pork slices were slightly warm, so I recommend eating them as soon as possible. I liked the soup so much that I drank most of it. For a while after I left the restaurant, my lips felt like they were coated in lard. Thank you for the meal.
