MATSU is a Japanese Italian Cuisine located in Fudomae. It's conveniently located near the station. I went there for lunch. The pasta lunch, available only on weekdays, includes salad, baguette, pasta, and a drink for 1,000 yen! baguette is all-you-can-eat. It feels like a good deal. I also added dessert for 200 yen. The salad is made with homemade dressing, which is delicious with a good balance of sourness and sweetness! You can get oil for baguette. For pasta, I chose carbonara! The carbonara doesn't have any particular characteristics, but it's delicious. For dessert, I had melon and vanilla ice cream. The refreshing sweetness of the melon and the rich vanilla with vanilla beans go very well together. It's even more refreshing after the carbonara. I finished with iced coffee. Maybe because it was lunch, I didn't feel a Japanese feel. It might be nice if it had a little more Japanese feel to it!
